Inspection & Testing at Factory
Our manufacturing facility in Delhi NCR is equipped with the most modern facilities for inspection and testing. Universal Boschi has one of the largest air separation plant manufacturing testing facilities where our in-house R & D center is also located. After fabrication of the products is complete it is stress tested many times to ensure it has achieved the desired durability and efficiency. In-house engineers are periodically sent abroad for receiving training in the development and innovation in making cryogenic systems.
Our expertise in the designing and fabrication of cryogenic based gas plant products is exhibited in numerous conferences that our engineers attend. Our company also participates in various prestigious industrial gases manufacturing expo shows conducted around the globe. We have got state-of-the-art in-house container stuffing facility. Having been given the status of a 100% EOU (Export oriented unit), we use world-class packaging for our industrial and medical gas plants so that they do not get damaged during transportation. Our shipping dept is well-versed in clearing governmental regulations and numerous other logistical issues. Each product is first tested and then packed with great care in the container facility before finally being shipped.
